Empty jacket, even for a baby-faced LT. And every single sparsely noted entry that has been jotted down indicates secondment to Grae, which makes the Captain's jacket more interesting than seems at first.

One of those workers whose cheerful acquiescence is suspicious if not down right annoying. No one is that blassé about scraping waste conduits. Competent at most work but he does himself no favors by talking out of turn and mostly nonsense at that. Aimless, takes his lead from his sister—known as "Snap"—in most things.

Next scion of the Rafferty clan, with the full force of all that implies, including her smug assurance that they're just around the corner. Until the day, she's a messenger and midnight runner for the family. History with Stoyka and Robbins. Could be leverage there.

A ill advised hire, not solely for the nepotism. More child than adult, I doubt he will be able to step up to the job. I understand Stoyka dropped him on her sister for a number of years. This isn't a serious hire and should never have been entertained left alone approved.

Sharp contrast to her sibling Chuanchen. In fact, sharp with everything, downright prickly. Precise and capable. Knows her rights, your rights, and the rights of the bench you're sitting on. Comes across as argumentative, but, isn't. Could be worse.
