Where does the name “Dicebox” come from?

I refer you to my cheeky About Dicebox page.

What sex or gender is Griffen?

Griffen’s sex is female. Her gender is a little more elusive (as is anyone’s).

Has Molly always been missing the ring finger of her right hand?

Within the story Dicebox, yes.

How often does Dicebox update?

Once a week, on Wednesdays.
Ideally, a page goes up at Midnight (PST) between Tuesday and Wednesday, though it's not unusual for it to go up a bit later, either from problems with my FTP or if I'm just not satisfied with something. If it doesn't go up by noon on Wednesday, it means I have to skip that week and will make note of that on the Dicebox Home Page.
When it does update, I make note of it on the Home Page, notify the Dicebox Mailing List, ping Onlinecomic.net and make a post in my Live Journal.
I also have two RSS feeds set up for Dicebox:
One is a Text-only Feed for those who'd rather not have an image heavy feed and prefer to go Dicebox.net direct to read the pages as they update.
Two is an Illustrated Feed, for those who want the actual page art delivered to their feed as well as any relevant news.
There is also a LiveJournal feed of the the Illustrated Feed.

How long does it take for you to do a page of Dicebox?

On average it takes me about 14 to 20 hours to do a page, from thumbnails to finishes. I've done a page in as little as 10 hours and have taken as long as 40 hours.

How do you create a page of Dicebox?

This page outlines my art process.

Are you really planning to do 36 Chapters?

Yes.

Will there ever be a print version of Dicebox?

It is an eventual goal of mine and something I'm taking steps towards. But the fact that it needs to be printed in color is an obvious obstacle.

I have a this really great idea for a comic, do you want to draw it?

In a word: No.
Mind you, I've liked the ideas people have pitched at me in the past and hope to see some of them actually make print. But I have a great day job already and prefer to save all my comicking energy for my own stuff.
Hell, I won't even draw my husband's stories.

Why don't you draw comics for DC/Marvel/etc for a living?

See above. Also, where as I've been assured I'm good enough to do so, I don't think my style is quite what they're looking for.

How can I reach you via regular Post?
